That Was The Worst Day Ever!

This is what I call catastrophizing.  A lot of things piled up, sure.  Just recently in my life:

  • one computer crashed losing all data
  • another crashed but not all was lost
  • check engine light came on in car
  • son blew out his ACL
  • even more things but I blessedly forgot them

Two new harddrives, a water pump, timing belt, and a new knee later, I understand that it's hard to let life flow sometimes.  Come what may.

No matter how big the pile, you can let it go.  Breathe.  Find that joyous you.  Release repetitive thought.  Create health and energy.  Enjoy the rest of your day.  It's when you're in this thinking/feeling/catastrophizing process that you make decisions that may not be for your health, happiness, highest good. You know what they are.  Everyone has a favorite.  Sleep, food, sex, gambling, drinking, anger, grumpiness.

Before you inflict these decisions on yourself or others, consider hypnosis.  De-tox your body and mind by releasing repetitive thought and relaxing your body.

One hour session, $60.
